Job Description:
Duties and outputs will include:
- Contribute to the company growth strategy by ensuring that all organisational and people development initiatives across multi sites globally are integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals
- Work collaboratively with the founders, senior management and managers to align behaviours with our company values.
- Take the lead in developing an approach to all aspects of organisational development to enhancing engagement, talent development, performance management, management and leadership development, career progression etc
- Encourage a coaching style culture to support the required behaviour
- Undertake Human Resource duties as required eg supporting recruitment and selection, drafting contracts of employment, supporting induction etc
- Liaising with all stakeholders as required to coordinate all above initiatives
Reporting Structure
- Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer
- An integral member of the management team
Location:
- ECOS Centre, Ballymena
- Liaison virtually with colleagues in global offices (North America, Australia)
- Visits to global offices c. quarterly a likely requirement
Essential:
- 3 years minimum experience of personally successful initiating, leading and delivering organisational development initiatives (including values implementation, cultural alignment, enhancing engagement, talent development, management and leadership development, performance management, career progression) which support business results
- Experience of working on above within a fast growth environment
- Experience of working on above across multi sites
- Experience of using technology to support organisational development
- Great communication skills- oral and written; Strong planning and analytical skills; Evidence of strong influencing and collaboration skills
Desirable:
- Experience of working in a software enabled technology company
- Experience of working with start up and or multi site organisations
- Strong technology skills
- A coaching qualification
Qualifications:
Degree or Postgraduate in Organisational Development or HR related discipline.
Hours: Initially c 20 hrs per week across 3-4 days per week from core hours 10am- 4pm.
Exact hours to be agreed mutually. As the organisation grows the hours required could increase by mutual consent
Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience and final hours contracted.
