Deployment Manager - USA at PlotBox

Salary: Dependent upon experience

Location: Florida(up to 80% of time will be spent on client’s site) 

What we need

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Deployment Manager to join our dynamic team. 

The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the deployment of the PlotBox platform and infrastructure within our large complex prospect base. 

Key areas of accountability

As a Deployment Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of the PlotBox platform within the customer technology ecosystem ensuring delivery with high standards of efficiency, security, reliability, and performance.

• Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for PlotBox deployments, considering timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate activities with various teams to ensure a smooth deployment process in line with customer and PlotBox requirements. 
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of the project requirements, ensuring all stakeholders are involved.
  • Develop a detailed project plan that encompasses timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment, and dependencies.
• Technology Deployment:
  • Lead the deployment of the PlotBox platform with customer specific IT systems, software, and hardware, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and best practices.
  • Oversee the configuration, testing, and integration of the PlotBox platform into existing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Establish rigorous testing procedures for all components of the technology deployment.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing, to identify and address issues before deployment.
  • Integrate security measures into the deployment process, ensuring that all systems meet industry-standard security protocols.
  • Comply with relevant regulations and internal policies during deployment, with a focus on data protection and privacy.
  • Ensure data migration strategy is part of the deployment plan and in line with required standards and data protocols to ensure a smooth transition to operational performance.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Establish and implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and performance of deployed solutions.
  • Conduct post-deployment reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement a training program for end-users and support staff.
  • Ensure that comprehensive documentation and training materials are available to facilitate smooth adoption of the new technology.
  • Conduct a thorough evaluation post-deployment to assess the success of the project against predefined objectives.
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and potential future enhancements.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the deployment and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements during deployment.
• Communication:
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align deployment activities with organizational goals

Who we think will be a great fit

Essential Qualifications:   

• A degree in Business, Information Technology or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, PRINCE2 Certification (or equivalent)

Essential Experience:        

To be successful in this role you will be located in Florida and have:

• A minimum 5 years proven experience in project management and deployment of SaaS solutions in large enterprise environments (or equivalent).
• Solid experience working with enterprise-level clients and managing complex deployments.

Essential Skills:

You will also have:

• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address challenges and risks.
• Proficiency in project management / process software and tools.
• Proficiency in the use of Google Workspace and related products
• Knowledge of SaaS products and enterprise software deployment best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Experience of leading teams through significant change 

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of deathcare-specific industry regulations and compliance standards relevant to our clients.
• Proficiency in JIRA
• Proficiency in the use of Asana
