We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Consultant with a track record of navigating and optimizing processes within complex organizations.

The Senior Process Consultant - As-Is Process Capture Specialist, will take the lead in dissecting intricate business processes within our customers and prospects to provide a framework to aid the successful deployment of the PlotBox platform.

Key areas of accountability

• As-Is Process Analysis in Complex Environments:
  • Navigate and analyze intricate business processes within customers to create a detailed As-Is process landscape.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across departments to ensure a holistic understanding of complex workflows.
  • Use the As-Is process framework to develop a template for the customer to be able to customise and configure the PlotBox platform for operational use. 
  • Create a standard SOP based on the knowledge of the As-Is and To-Be. 
• Identification of Challenges and Opportunities:
  • Identify and articulate challenges unique to complex organizational structures, including interdepartmental dependencies and cross-functional intricacies to ensure workflows and handoffs are seamless and in line with internal compliance requirements.
  • Uncover opportunities for synergy and efficiency improvement within the complex ecosystem and demonstrate how PlotBox can add value accordingly.
• Comprehensive Documentation and Communication:
  • Create detailed and insightful documentation of As-Is processes, addressing the nuances of the organization.
  • Communicate complex process information in a clear and accessible manner to stakeholders at various levels.
• Change Management in Complex Settings:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies promoting knowledge transfer and adoption as part of the overall deployment plan.
  • Foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement in the face of organizational complexity.

Who we think will be a great fit

Essential Qualifications:      

• A degree in Business, Software Engineering, Process Engineering or related field
• A relevant certification in process improvement, such as Lean Six Sigma. 

Essential Experience:          

To be successful in this role you will live in Florida and have:

• A minimum 2 years previous experience with SaaS product deployments in enterprise settings (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in process consulting or business process improvement, preferably within large enterprise environments. 

Essential Skills:

You will also have:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills to coordinate process changes effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts and ideas to clients and internal teams who may not be technical.
• Proficiency in project management / process software and tools.
• Proficiency in process mapping and modelling tools.
• Knowledge of SaaS products and their impact on business processes.
• Ability to adapt to lead change, manage ambiguity, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of deathcare-specific industry regulations and compliance standards relevant to our clients.
• Proficiency in JIRA
• Proficiency in the use of Asana
