Product Manager

We’re seeking a passionate and strategic Product Manager to join our innovative Product team and help shape the future of our platform.
As a Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of driving product strategy and delivering impactful solutions that create measurable value for both customers and the business. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance high-level strategic thinking with end-to-end execution across the entire product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure our products exceed expectations, continuously iterating to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market.
What you will do :
STRATEGY
Shape the overarching product strategy
Defines the product vision ensuring it aligns with business goals, and prioritises the roadmap to drive long-term success.
Identify market opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and make data-driven decisions to guide product development
DELIVERY
Accountable for the delivery of valuable working product/software
Responsible for maximizing the business and customer value of the product delivered to market
Deliver new, and iterations of existing products using agile methodologies
Manage and control a product backlog and backlog refinement
Generate user stories – crafting the acceptance criteria and definitions of done
CUSTOMER CENTRICITY
Understand the customer – their needs, pains, and jobs-to-be-done, determining current and future need using things like; customer profiles, personas and user journeys
Acquiring and managing knowledge so that we can learn and improve our solutions
Lead the development of innovative solutions, monitor features, performance, and process
Establish a product roadmap with fast feedback loops
Understand and manage risk – business, social, technical, and cost/schedule risk
Manage expectations, communicate with our customers and PlotBox.
Balancing tradeoffs - short term and long term; building the right thing and building it right while managing any queries and requests from the client
Manage the transition from any current, to new systems including building the communication plan, data migration and identifying the capability requirements
TEAM DYNAMIC
Establish ways of working with the team, including planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
Contributes to visualising, measuring, and tracking the flow of work within the team, optimizing for value delivered each sprint
Manage the product backlog, balancing scope, budget and time to prioritise objectives and map out dependencies
WORKING WITH OUR CUSTOMERS
Articulate problems and processes in a way which is understandable to key stakeholders
Understanding the market, including competitor landscape
Co-creating product vision/roadmap
Identifying demand and defining value
Articulating business model and value proposition
Hypothesis creation – generating tests, learning objectives, and defining measures of success
What we are looking for :
We’re looking for someone who is both a strategic thinker and a doer. You will:
Have 3+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of bringing valuable products to market.
Be customer-obsessed, using data and experimentation to solve problems and drive continuous improvement.
Bring a strong understanding of technology, ideally with exposure to AI/ML opportunities.
Demonstrate success working collaboratively with Engineering, Commercial, and other teams to deliver business outcomes
